Welcome to the LesbieRing, a Webring for Lesbians and their websites. Do you have a personal website, a blog, maybe a site where you share your writing or art? Or archive the queer writings of old? It doesn't really matter, as long as you have a website and identify as a lesbian.
What is a webring? A webring is a collection of websites linked to each other in a ring. You can surf from one site on the webring to the next by clicking the links in the webring widget.
The rules to join the webring are as follows:
◦ You identify as a lesbian.
◦ No hate content allowed. This also means NO TRANSPHOBIA. Please don't apply if your website includes transphobic rhetoric or dogwhistles. Same goes for anything about trans women not being women, trans lesbians not being lesbians, etc.
◦ What about bi/pan/nb lesbians? It's not my job to decide for people how they can identify. Anyone identifying as a lesbian can join.
◦ Style the widget however you wish as long as the links remain intact.
You can send me a message on the Neocities profile of your wish to join, or send an email. In both cases, include your name, your website's name and URL, and remember to mention you're applying for the LesbieRing. If you wish, you can also include a short description for your site.
After you have been approved, add the following code on your website where you want the webring widget to appear:
